What If I Am not Finding Value in Thrive?
Templates are included as a starting point for you to customize for your business, so they are not customized for you. However, you can put in a request for a specific template or package of templates to be customized to your industry and we'll add it to our request library for future updates.
Will Templates be Customized for me?
Questions are answered during office hours weekly if time allows. If we are unable to get to a question during office hours, we will address it in a future session or via email or community discussion. Questions posed in the community will be answered as soon as the team is able and emails are typically answered within 2 business days
When Will My Quesitons be Answered?
New content is added monthly, including new tutorials, step-by-step guides, or templates. Existing content is refreshed as needed for changes to the business environment, new compliance requirements, or when an overall refresh is needed!
How Often is New Content Added?
All Office Hour sessions will be recorded, so that you can go back and watch them at any time!
What If I can't Make it to the Office Hours?
Yes. As long as you are a member of THRIVE, you have access to the content, including updates and new content as it is added.
